2027 Undergraduate Admissions, Informatics Study Programme, ITERA

A short guide for prospective students and their parents or guardians on study, graduates, admission, and costs.

  • Programme accreditation status: Baik Sekali (Very Good).
  • 81.2% of graduates are employed, most of them in line with the graduate profiles.
  • Median wait for a graduate's first job: 2 months.
  • Selectivity in the 2025 intake: 1 in 10 applicants admitted.

1. Is it a good fit? (for prospective students)

  • You are interested in how digital applications work.
  • You enjoy solving problems.
  • You can learn independently.
  • You like working in a team.

If most of these sound like you, this programme is worth considering.

2. Fields of study and graduate careers

  • Software: backend or frontend developer.
  • Artificial intelligence and data: data scientist, data analyst.
  • Cyber security: security analyst, network administrator.

OBE Curriculum 2025 (based on ACM CS2023): built on learning outcomes and projects; internships are recognised through MBKM.

3. Admission routes (220 places)

  • SNBP, February to March: school reports and achievements, 66 places.
  • SNBT, March to May: UTBK score, 143 places.
  • Independent route, May to July: SMMPTN and SMT, 11 places.

Based on the 2025 intake; the official 2027 schedule is announced at pmb.itera.ac.id. Colour-blind applicants may apply.

4. Costs (for parents and guardians)

  • Single tuition fee (UKT) from Rp500 thousand to Rp9 million per semester, in 12 bands.
  • The UKT can be reviewed when needed.
  • KIP Kuliah for low-income families: no tuition fee and living costs covered.
  • ADik scholarship: no tuition fee and living costs covered.
  • Independent route: institutional development fee (IPI) of Rp30 million, paid once.
