Curriculum facts
The 2025 Curriculum follows an Outcome-Based Education (OBE) approach. It was approved by the Rector on 4 June 2025 and applies to students admitted from the 2025/2026 academic year, replacing the 2020 Curriculum. Compared with the 2020 Curriculum, it brings several changes, including a one-semester Common Preparatory Stage, revised names, codes, credits and semesters of compulsory courses, and three new specialisations with directed elective courses. For students admitted in 2019–2024, the curriculum book also sets out the transition rules and course equivalences so that the change of curriculum does not lengthen their studies.
The 2025 Curriculum comprises 144 SKS: the Common Preparatory Stage (10 SKS), compulsory programme courses (94 SKS), compulsory institute courses (14 SKS), compulsory national courses (8 SKS) and directed electives (18 SKS). Directed electives are taken in semesters 6 and 7 from three specialisations: Software Engineering and Information Systems; Cyber Security, Multimedia and IoT; and Artificial Intelligence and Data Engineering.

Graduation requirements
- Total sks kelulusan: 144 sks.
- Kurikulum 2025 terdiri atas 144 sks, yaitu Tahap Persiapan Bersama 10 sks, wajib program studi 94 sks, wajib ITERA 14 sks, wajib umum 8 sks, dan pilihan terarah 18 sks.
- Mata kuliah pilihan terarah 18 sks (6 mata kuliah) diambil pada semester 6 (2 MK, 6 sks) dan semester 7 (4 MK, 12 sks) dari tiga bidang utama: RPLSI, KSMI, dan AIDE.
