  • 2025 Curriculum

Description

This course prepares students to explain the concepts of booting, processes, threads and scheduling in operating systems, apply Linux commands, bash scripting and build systems (GCC and Makefile), implement multithreading, synchronisation with mutexes and process scheduling algorithms, and analyse file permission management and race conditions as security and protection aspects of operating systems. Study materials: Operating Systems (OS).
